This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and All Island Equity REIT LP (“We,” “Our,” or “Us”), and states the terms and conditions under which you (“You”, or “Your”) may use this website (the “Site”).

The information provided on the Site, including but not limited to property details, availability, rental rates, and images, is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. The process of renting a property listed on the Site will involve additional terms and conditions, as agreed between Us and/or Our agent and You. The materials and information contained on the Site are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Site and any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, expectation of privacy or non-infringement. In no event shall We or Our officers, directors, employees, insurers, affiliates, successors and assigns be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site or any of the materials contained on the Site, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By accessing the Site, You agree that its use of, and content of, the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada. You furthermore agree and hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement, in Our sole discretion, without notice to You. In the event of termination, You are no longer permitted to use the Site. We assume no liability for such termination.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Us and You pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written, between Us and You.
